I like the look of the rice cooker, I haven't used it yet. I would like to state that this is one of the worst online shopping experiences for one I never received my order. Still haven't and it's been 3 weeks with nobody emailing me back or help in anyway. EVERYTHING is shipped From China, so you're gonna have to go through customs.i won't be shopping here again.still waiting for my refund

It is too small. I tried to use it, but it took much longer to cook than a regular pot and the rice was not evenly cooked and over half of it was hard and crunchy. I asked to return it but they said I had to ship it overseas to China which is poor customer service.
