The gaiwan and cups were as described. I wish the cups for service were larger but I use a ceramic cup instead, so everything is fine. It would have been better if I had been notified that there was a delay. Customer service was great in handling this issue. I thought my order got lost

The set is attractive and very compact. The workmanship is decent considering the price, but unfortunately, one of the cups in my set has a defect. It was probably caused by rough handling during production or packaging—a small dent on the bottom. It's a shame that this passed quality control, if such a thing even exists.
